Babuna allows users to upload photos to generate AI-enhanced images (“Services”). Results may vary based on the quality of uploaded photos and the AI model's limitations. Images generated are for personal use only.

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Avoid uploading images that contain offensive, illegal, or explicit content.
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Before processing any refund request, we will conduct a thorough review of your case. Refunds will only be considered if:

• The technical failure was caused by our application.
• Your uploaded photos strictly followed our input guidelines, including:
  • Clear, front-facing portrait photos
  • Proper lighting conditions
  • No filters or heavy editing
  • Required image resolution and format

Important Note: We do not provide refunds if the uploaded photos did not meet our guidelines, even in cases of technical failures. It is your responsibility to ensure your photos meet all specified requirements before submission.

5. Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Gift cards can only be redeemed at Babuna (babuna.ai)
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase
• Each gift card code can only be used once
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
